WOMEN'S STUDIES SCHOLARSHIPS

The Women's Studies Program offers several tuition scholarships each year for Women's Studies Minors. Applications for scholarships must be submitted to the Women's Studies Coordinator in the Program Office (Social Sciences Building, Room 382). Weber State University Women's Studies Program offers several Phoenix Achievement Award Scholarships each year. This award is a one-year tuition waiver, to full-time women students, 25 years and older, with a minor in Women's Studies, and with an overall GPA of 3.0.

Weber State University's Women's Studies Program also offers a Traditional Student Book Scholarship Award, worth $75 per semester.  Awards will be made to traditional students under 25 years of age based upon:  a declared minor in Women's Studies and GPA.  Preference will be given to those who are active in the Women's Studies group F.U.N.  The award must be used at Weber State University.

Please pick-up applications for these scholarships in the Women's Studies Office, Room 381, in the Social Science Building. The due date for the application is February 2 this year. Preference will be given to those who are not currently receiving other forms of assistance.
