Dr. Barry Gomberg has been on faculty since 1988 when he joined Weber State as Director of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity. He has a BA in Independent Learning from Indiana University. He also has a secondary social studies teaching certification from Indiana University. He has taught a class at Ogden High School for the last 15 years, school law in the Med program, team-taught Honours seminars and is responsible for development of the cross-listed WS course "Sex Roles and the Law."

Barry has provided his energies to political campaigns, Planned Parenthood of Utah, Network magazine, Your Community Connection, and the American Civil Liberties Union. He is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society.
