Summer 2008 Wellness Assessments will end July 31st.  Fall 2008 Wellness Assessments will begin Monday, August 25th.  There will be no assessments August 1-22nd.  Any assessment forms submitted after Friday, July 18th will be scheduled for late August.

All assessments take place in the C. William Stromberg Center, Human Performance Lab (SB 12).  You must have a valid WSU Wildcard to enter this building.

The full assessment includes a blood lipid profile, blood pressure screening, body composition/fitness testing, and a questionnaire.

The blood work & questionnaire does not include body composition/fitness testing.

Once you have completed the assessment of your choice, you will receive a detailed report, an individualized Personalized Planning session with a qualified wellness coach, and a participation incentive.

*Employees of Administrative Services, including Facilities Management, Continuing Education, IT, and Student Affairs must complete the Full Assessment to satisfy the Wellness Guidelines for release time.  In the case of a health limitation, completing the Blood Work & Questionnaire will suffice.
