The Utah Academy of Sciences, Arts & Letters
invites nominations for the following awards to be presented at the Annual Conference on April 7, 2006.

Distinguished Service Awards
in Arts, Letters and Social Sciences

The Distinguished Service Award is given in recognition of career-long contributions to service in education or the Utah community at large. This year, we particularly invite nominations from the areas of science, engineering and Health, Physical Education and Recreation. The Prize is given to a scholar in recognition of significant contributions within the State of Utah. Send nominations for these awards by March 1, 2006 to: R.
