Teacher Education Advisement

Welcome to the advisement website for the Teacher Education Department. This has been designed to answer many of your questions as you begin the process of applying for admissions into the department, as well as providing pertinent information as you progress through the program and prepare for graduation and/or licensure.

This website is divided into three categories:

Teacher Education Applicants - This will provide you with information regarding prerequisite classes, specific courses to take before being admitted, and the application process.

Provisionally Admitted Students - This will provide you with information to help you navigate through the program as well as providing information on student teaching.

Preparing for Graduation - This will give you information on how to apply for graduation and licensure along with additional information once you graduate.

In addition, each section will have commonly asked questions as well as helpful links.
