Nontraditional students have strengths and challenges that make their university experiences unique. Weber State University-Davis Nontraditional Student Services helps ease the transition to university life by helping nontraditional students draw on their assets and experiences and apply them to challenges that may arise from integrating academics and university into their already busy lives.

Nontraditional Student Services is an informal social and educational environment for nontraditional students where they can become aware of the services and programs of the University and local community. The NSS staff plans programs and activities for the Weber State community. Past programs include the Annual Halloween Event, Holiday Breakfast with Santa, Personal Development Workshops, and Family Fun Days.

Nontraditional Student Services provides students with information, connects them with necessary resources, advocates on their behalf, and provides encouragement throughout the educational journey. Because we know that being a nontraditional student carries special financial burdens, Nontraditional Student Services provides information about scholarship opportunities and assists students through the application process. Nontraditional Student Services helps students succeed at Weber State University from admission through graduation.
