If you think you have a course or courses from another college or university that may meet the WSU CIL requirement (or part of), fill out the form below.  Your course(s) will be evaluated and a recommendation will be made within seven school days.  If your credit is approved the WSU Transfer Coordinator will issue the credit.

(The course description must contain the software used.  If the catalog or Internet description of the course is not complete you can submit a course syllabus or description from your instructor in the Full Course Description box above or attach a document in the E-mail section below.  Please include your full name, e-mail address, course name, and course number in the body of the e-mail, and state in the subject line of the e-mail that this is for Transfer Evaluation.  Attach the document to the e-mail.  The form must also be completed and submitted. Do not send a copy of the URL of the college catalog.  Copy the specific course description into a word processing program (Word or WordPerfect) and attach the page of information.
