There are four ways in which you can receive a personalized list of child care providers:

1. You can visit our agency for a face to face consultation.

2. You can call our agency at 801-626-7837 (toll free at 1-888-970-0101). Our referral specialists will interview you to collect the information we need to create your personalized list. This can take anywhere from 5 minutes on up depending on the difficulty of your search criteria and the amount of information you are looking for.

3. You can submit your information by using the form below. Our referral specialists will use the information you provide to supply you with a customized list of child care providers. Please note if may take 1-2 business days to receive your list.

4. Finally, you can search our database directly. User ID's and passwords now do not expire! The database is available at the following link: http://trainingregistry.jobs.utah.gov/childcare_referral/login.aspx
   If you are unable to find a provider that meets your needs, you can either call our agency at 801-626-7837 or use the form below. Our referral specialists will use your information to run a specialized search to find all possible options available for you.

 

Please note that we select providers using the criteria that you identify, and information that providers supply. We offer you information on options, not recommendations. We do not endorse or recommend one child care provider over another. Since selecting a provider is a subjective decision, we urge you to visit providers to determine what is appropriate for you and your family.

Because we do not investigate child care providers or verify the accuracy of the information that they provide, we cannot guarantee the capabilities or quality of services offered by individual providers, nor can we accept liability arising from your investigation of or decision to select a child care provider for your family.

You can check on any of these providers with the local licensing agency at 801-525-1400. Ask the licensing agency about the provider's compliance history with licensing as well as any substantiated complaints that may have been made against them.
