The following documents will be used as assessment tools:

• Exit Interview—This will be completed during the student’s last semester. This form is currently being converted to an electronic form, which will automatically tabulate and place the results on the web.

• Evaluations—The three main evaluations for practical student experience include the internship evaluation, practicum evaluation, and student teaching evaluation. These evaluation tools are currently in use and need to be revised, tabulated, and reported.

• Graduate Survey—This assessment tool needs to be revised.

By the end of the year 2001/02, these three main assessment tools will be revised. Where possible, these forms will also be electronically collected and electronically reported. By the end of this academic year, the TBE Department will be able to review the results collected this year. The assessment plan will then be evaluated to determine what other relevant ways the nine outcomes can be assessed.
