2002-2003 (submitted 10/07/03)

We lengthened the evaluation period of the students from 1 week to 2 weeks.  We also ensured that a student wasn’t evaluated by the same instructor more than once a semester.  Cadre now offer more constructive and detailed feedback to the student.  The department developed an external assessment given to students after junior year. In addition, the department instituted more frequent and more detailed advising procedures and improved and updated classroom instruction.
