1.                  The following data were collected on the CLS and CLT student Majors:

v     Written examinations scores in each course

v     National Board Examination Overall Results for 2003

§         CLT/MLT        29 students with 97% pass rate

§         CLS/MT          23 students with 83% pass rate

v     Clinical evaluations during the Summer Semester

v     Laboratory Competency Evaluations for Online Students

v     Laboratory evaluations, practical exams, and procedure outcomes

v     Exit Survey

v     Employer Survey

v     Graduate Survey

v     Work Keys Results for the on Campus CLT Students

v     Faculty Evaluations of students

v     Showcase undergraduate research projects from Senior Capstone courses

2.                  Discussion of Data:

The data collected were discussed during the CLS faculty weekly meetings.  The results will also be discussed in the CLS Advisory Council annual meeting during Spring Semester.

3.                  Changes anticipated as a result of the discussions:

The program national pass rate is significantly higher than the national average for both CLT and CLS programs.  We hope to continue with this long-standing tradition. Improve our CLS outcomes back to our 97-98%.  There is discussion regarding an exam preparatory course online for both our on campus and our online students.
